Business Development Executive

MOTM Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with an engineering background to drive growth and expand our presence in the engineering and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B marketing, product sales, or agencies, with a deep understanding of technical products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the engineering and industrial sectors, develop strategies to penetrate recent markets, increase sales, and establish strong relationships with clients. • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, manage client accounts effectively, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain client satisfaction.

• Sales Strategy: Lead sales efforts and negotiations, analyze market trends and customer needs, and collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns.

• Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate MOTM Technologies portfolio of services, highlighting expertise in technical marketing,



sales support, and engineering solutions.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on business development activities, sales pipelines, revenue projections, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields preferred).

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of business development experience in B2B marketing, product sales, or agency environments with proven success in selling technical products/services.

• Skills:

Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills along with experience using CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the engineering industry and its specific challenges.

• Familiarity with marketing and sales solutions for technical products.
