Core Responsibilities
- Supervision: Lead daily operations, manage workflow, and guide junior pharmacists or technicians.
- Dispensing: Check and dispense accurate medication, review doctor prescriptions, and compound drugs.
- Inventory: Track stock levels, handle orders with suppliers, and maintain proper drug storage.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow local legal rules, track drug safety, and keep clean medical records. [1, 2, 3, 4]
