Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard suitable retail brands, F&B; outlets, entertainment concepts, and service operators. Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional retail brands. Conduct market research and analyze leasing trends and competitor projects. Generate leads and actively approach brands for leasing opportunities. Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and commercial discussions. Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to agreement closure. Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Work closely with developers, property owners, consultants, and brand representatives. Achieve leasing targets and maximize occupancy levels. Maintain an updated database of prospective tenants and leasing activities. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline.



2–5 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, commercial leasing,office leasing or brand acquisition. Prior experience working with reputed malls, developers, or leasing agencies Solid network of retail, F&B;, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment brands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
