Position: Home Blood Collection Executive / Phlebotomist

Job Responsibilities
- Visit patients' homes to collect blood and other diagnostic samples.
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection safely and professionally.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, handling, and transportation of samples.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards during sample collection.
- Handle sample collection equipment and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Coordinate with the laboratory/team for timely sample submission.
- Maintain accurate records of patient details and collected samples.
- Provide a professional and courteous experience to patients during home visits.
- Follow the assigned daily route and complete collections within the scheduled time.
- Report any collection-related issues or sample abnormalities to the concerned team.
Requirements
- DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification or relevant medical qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in blood/sample collection preferred.
- Good knowledge of venipuncture and sample-handling procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling to patients' homes for sample collection.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple visits in a day.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
