Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities. This full time, on-site role in Ghaziabad involves supporting HR policies, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll inputs,



and coordinating performance review cycles. The role includes handling employee relations issues, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment in collaboration with line managers. The Human Resources Executive will also support recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a solid understanding of core HR functions.
