This Role Is Not for Typical BD Manager. We are looking for Someone who can open doors with large enterprises, consulting firms, and MNCs and convert those relationships into large, multi-role hiring mandates.

If you are someone who has personally built robust CXO / HR leader relationships and converted them into meaningful recruitment revenue, we want to talk.

The Opportunity





You will lead enterprise client acquisition and strategic relationship building.

Your mission is simple:

• Bring in large clients with meaningful hiring potential and convert them into

long-term revenue accounts.

• This is a high ownership role where you will work directly with leadership to grow

the business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Opening New Enterprise Accounts

2. Building Strategic Client Relationships

3. Mining Existing Accounts

Key Rating Parameters

You will be rated on:

• New enterprise clients acquired

• Hiring mandates generated

• Closures and revenue generated

• Growth of existing accounts

Ideal Profile

You will succeed in this role if you:

• Have 315 years experience in recruitment consulting or talent solutions

• Have personally acquired enterprise clients

• Have strong relationships with HR / Talent Acquisition leaders

• Understand consulting and large enterprise hiring

• Are comfortable
