Role Description
The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with account managers from partner platforms, handling promotions and campaigns,
and resolving operational issues such as order discrepancies and returns. The E-Commerce Executive will also collaborate with internal teams for catalog management, content updates, and alignment of sales initiatives with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Robust analytical skills to interpret sales data, marketplace metrics, and performance reports.
- Experience in account management, including managing relationships with e-commerce and quick-commerce partners.
- Proven background in sales and sales management within e-commerce or retail environments.
- Team management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, seller dashboards, and online marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
