Job Description
- The candidate must have sectorial expertise in real estate, hospitality and tourism sector
- Lead project/workstreams pertaining to feasibility studies, destination strategy, tourism product development (leisure and entertainment), growth/expansion/entry strategies, highest-and-best use analysis and comparable/ benchmarking analysis
- Financial analysis experience with the ability to link operational analysis to PL, cash flow and balance sheet.
