Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales Hub/CRM) development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions using .NET and Azure technologies. You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, high-quality CRM solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#/.NET.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
- Develop JavaScript/TypeScript customizations for Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and implement business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Work with Azure DevOps/Git for source control and deployment.





Required Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Sales Hub development.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, Plugins, and Custom Workflows.
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
- Experience with REST APIs, Dataverse, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience with Power BI and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications (PL-200, PL-400, AZ-900, or equivalent).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
