- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & closure
- Experience with
LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals
, and
Boolean search
- Handling
contract/permanent
IT hiring across skills like Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, etc.
- Coordination with hiring managers & interview panels
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Good understanding of
IT technologies and terminologies

Requirements:




- 2-5 years of experience in
IT Recruitment
- Solid communication & stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with
ATS tools
and Excel reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple tech roles
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth environment
