Mrs India International Queen is looking for an experienced Facebook Ads & Lead Generation Expert to drive high-quality leads, reach, engagement and conversions across Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of generating qualified leads at profitable acquisition costs and must understand how to market premium women-focused events, pageants and personal-brand opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Plan, create, manage and optimise Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Develop advanced strategies to generate maximum high-quality, relevant leads for MIIQ registrations, enquiries, partnerships and other campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Build and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, lead forms and funnels.
- ⁠ ⁠Execute retargeting, lookalike, custom audience and funnel-based campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Continuously optimise campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate and ROI, not just reach or clicks.
- ⁠ ⁠Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.




- ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Sales/Telecalling team to understand lead quality and improve targeting.
- ⁠ ⁠Create strategies to increase Instagram/Facebook reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility.
- ⁠ ⁠Conduct competitor, audience and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- ⁠ ⁠Use Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, GA4 and analytics tools effectively.
- ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate campaign tracking, reporting and performance dashboards.
- ⁠ ⁠Test new AI tools, creatives, ad formats and Meta features to improve campaign performance.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage substantial advertising budgets responsibly and scale successful campaigns.

Must-Have Skills
- ⁠ ⁠4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- ⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel, CAPI and tracking.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge of audience targ
