Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Government Empanelment & Documentation Executive to manage documentation, government registrations, empanelments, tender submissions, and vendor registration processes.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate documentation, completing online submissions, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining proper records of government applications and approvals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile documents required for government empanelments, tenders, and vendor registrations.
- Handle GeM registrations, online applications, portal submissions, and document uploads.
- Manage registrations on government and other e-procurement portals.
- Maintain company documents, certificates, declarations, affidavits, agreements,



and statutory records.
- Review tender and empanelment requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments to collect required documents.
- Prepare document checklists for tenders, empanelments, and registrations.
- Track submission deadlines, clarification requests, application status, approvals, and renewals.
- Follow up on pending applications and coordinate with concerned departments/portal authorities.
- Maintain organised physical and digital records of all submissions, approvals, registrations, and renewals.
- Maintain an updated database/MIS of government empanelments and tender applications.
- Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certificates, and empanelments.
- Support the Government Business/BD team with documentation and proposal requirements.
