Job Description

A reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar, Gujarat is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its nursing team.

The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient-care skills and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment. Candidates with 1–3 years of hospital experience are preferred, while freshers with the required qualification are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors and consultants during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.




- Conduct regular patient rounds and report any changes in patient condition.
- Assist with admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
- Ensure proper infection-control and patient-safety practices.
- Coordinate with doctors, Medical Officers and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursing station and patient-care areas.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols and safety standards.
- Work rotational shifts as required.

Eligibility
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- 1–3 years of hospital experience preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Experience in IPD, ICU, Emergency, OT or other hospital departments will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-care attitude and clinical responsibility.
