Roles & Responsibilities:
- To collaborate with external design agency for delivery of productive project designs at cluster level.
- Manage in-house design team working for the cluster.
- Evaluate & Introduce competitive designs and cutting edge design technology.
- Create project concepts (Project Briefs) on design, value engineering and aesthetics. Incorporate suggestions from senior management team.
- Suggest suitable external design consultants and evaluate portfolios to select the best of them.
- Review project plans and approve architectural specifications
- Understand the organizations business strategy, as well as the company’s business practices, planning cycles, and decision making processes.
- Keep a track of and understand competitors, products, strategies and product generation processes.
- Develop design and drawing standards to bring consistency across projects
- Develop and train the design team internally to be able to take up multiple projects at a time
