1. To prepare, review and effectively implement QAP post contractor mobilization on site.
2. Ensure setting up, effective operation & maintenance of the onsite quality lab as per the Kalpataru standard
3. Ensure approved method statements are available, Mock-ups are conducted, kick off meeting with all internal and external stake holders are done and workmen training is completed prior to start of any activity & check effectiveness through feedback sessions.
4. Prepare and send weekly reports to Project Head, corporate quality coordinator, all Site Engineers & Supervisors covering site critical issues, improvements done, trainings conducted etc.
5. Prepare and Send Monthly Quality Report to Cluster Head, Project Head, Cluster Quality In-charge (CQI) & Corporate Quality covering site critical issues, improvements done, trainings conducted, valuable practices followed etc.
