We are looking for a
Marketing Executive
with 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably with experience in
SaaS, healthcare technology, medical software or B2B sales
.
The candidate will be responsible for
acquiring doctors, clinics and healthcare organizations
, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, developing customer relationships and converting prospects into paying customers.
This is a
hands-on sales and business development role
requiring strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers including
doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals
.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- Direct doctor outreach
- Clinic visits
- References and referrals
- Networking
- Medical conferences and events
- Professional contacts
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
2. SaaS Product Sales
- Promote and sell healthcare SaaS/software solutions to doctors, clinics and hospitals.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Understand the customer's existing workflow and identify their requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing and value proposition clearly.
- Handle customer questions, concerns and objections.
- Follow up with prospects and trial users to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales within approved commercial guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Field Sales & Doctor Outreach
- Visit doctors, clinics and hospitals for business development.
