We are looking for a highly motivated architect with
up to 4 - 5 years of skilled experience
who has worked on
high-end luxury residential interiors, hospitality, and premium commercial projects

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an architect who can confidently manage both design and execution while working collaboratively with our team and consultants.

Requirements
- Up to




4 years of skilled experience
in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Proven experience in
high-end luxury residential interior projects
(essential).
- Experience in
hospitality projects
is highly preferred.
- Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.
- Ability to manage projects responsibly from design through execution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop

Technical Skills
- Strong conceptual and design development abilities.
- Preparation and understanding of BOQs.
- Ability to prepare preliminary cost estimates, timelines, and project requirements.
- Accurate documentation and project record management.
