Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the companys offerings and provide accurate information based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads received through websites, campaigns, social media and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and direct qualified prospects to the appropriate team.
- Schedule meetings, consultations or further discussions for interested prospects.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and maintain positive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Update lead information and communication status in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned calling, follow-up and conversion targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings.
- Follow company policies related to confidentiality and data security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum HSC qualification; graduates will be preferred.




- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer service or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Strong listening, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Willingness to work full time from the Pune office.
