1. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of the company's online sales and e-commerce operations across major marketplaces and digital channels.
The candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts, developing the company's D2C website, optimizing product listings, managing online advertising, controlling pricing and promotions, monitoring inventory, and improving marketplace performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables,
Electrical Appliances or related categories and should understand the complete e-commerce business cycle from product listing to order fulfilment and customer feedback.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. E-Commerce Business Management
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for Home & Kitchen Appliances.
- Manage online sales across:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- IndiaMART / B2B portals, where applicable
- Company/D2C Website
- Other relevant marketplaces
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual online sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
- Develop channel-wise sales plans and business strategies.
- Identify current online marketplaces and sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product launches and promotional activities.
- Prepare business forecasts and sales projections.
B. Amazon & Flipkart Account Management
- Manage complete seller/vendor accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
