Position Name: Loan Process Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Erandawane, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Handle loan applications from submission to disbursement.
Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approval.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines.
Prepare and maintain loan files and MIS reports.
Track loan approval, sanction, and disbursement timelines.
Resolve customer queries related to loan processing.
Update CRM/software with accurate customer and application details.
Coordinate with sales and relationship managers to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Management, Finance,
or any related field.
MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory).
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation and verification skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of banking and loan processing procedures.
Basic understanding of home loans, personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Problem-solving ability.
