Position: Manager-NPD Service Readiness

Experience: 5 To 15 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Sulur.

Your Task:
- Ensure complete Service Readiness for NPD projects before product launch.
- Verify Parts Catalogue, BOM, FRP, and service documentation readiness.
- Monitor pilot machines, analyze field failures, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate dealer service readiness and technical training for new products.
- Work with Design, Quality, SCM, Training, and Production teams for smooth product launch.

Your Profile:
- B.E. Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical with 5 To 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Construction Equipment, including BHL, Excavators, and Telehandlers.
- Good understanding of Hydraulics, Powertrain, Electrical, and Structural systems.
- Experience in Service Readiness, Serviceability,



Spare Parts Planning, and Field Validation.
- Solid Troubleshooting, Dealer/Customer Handling, Communication, and Data Analysis skills.
