We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager to build and grow our U.S. client base for offshore valuation and financial analysis services.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling valuation, financial modeling, accounting advisory, transaction advisory, KPO, or other outsourced qualified services to U.S.-based firms.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging U.S. valuation firms, CPA firms, accounting firms, advisory firms, and other financial-services companies that can benefit from outsourcing valuation and analytical work to our India-based team.

This is a hunter/business-development role. We are looking for someone who can independently identify prospects, reach decision-makers, conduct discovery calls, understand their requirements, present our capabilities, negotiate engagements, and convert prospects into recurring clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect U.S.-based valuation firms, CPA firms, accounting firms,



litigation support firms and financial advisory practices.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified U.S. prospects.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other business-development channels.
- Identify and establish relationships with valuation firm owners, Partners, Managing Directors, Principals and senior valuation professionals.
- Research prospective firms to understand their services, client base, team structure and potential outsourcing requirements.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their current workload, staffing challenges and outsourcing needs.
- Present our offshore valuation capabilities and demonstrate how our team can support their existing valuation practice.
- Coordinate introductory calls, capability presentations and discussions between prospects and our valuation team.
- Prepare proposals and commercial discussions in coordination with management.
