What YOU must have

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research, or related field.

· 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Data Analyst or similar analytical role in Market Research (preferably retail/sales audits) or Field Operations

· Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools; SQL experience preferred

· Experience using AI-powered analytics tools and GenAI solutions for data exploration, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and automated insights

o Copilot for Data Analysis/Chat GPT/Claude/Gemini/Databricks

· Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and anomaly detection techniques

· Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating with field teams and clients
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Curiosity and passion for learning emerging AI and analytics technologies.

What will you do

· Review and validate data submitted by field auditors.





· Analyze data quality, outliers, system alerts, and auditor KPIs.

· Identify and flag issues for further investigation.

· Assign and track physical backchecks, review findings, and recommend corrective actions and track their closures.

· Monitor auditor performance, productivity, compliance, and quality metrics.

· Address client queries by coordinating with field teams and providing timely resolutions.

· Generate quality dashboards, exception reports, and actionable insights.

· Use AI and analytics tools to automate anomaly detection, identify trends, and improve data quality processes.

· Present findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

· Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI-driven analytics, data science, and business intelligence.

Pay: ₹305,686.41 - ₹600,000.00 per year
