We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to grow WOW Momo FMCG's digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, working with influencers, and driving awareness and sales through digital platforms.
You will work closely with the Brand, Trade Marketing and E-commerce teams to execute content, influencer campaigns and digital activations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage WOW Momo FMCG's Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging content including Reels, posts, stories and short-form videos.
- Build content for products using AI and design tools by creating images, videos and creatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with Barter, Nano and Micro influencers.
- Negotiate barter and paid collaborations within budget.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals and publishing timelines.
- Build and maintain an influencer database for future collaborations.
E-commerce & Campaign Support
- Create campaigns that drive traffic to Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other online partners.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and retail activations through social media content.
- Boost high-performing Instagram content whenever required.
Reporting & Insights
- Track key metrics such as follower growth, reach, engagement, video views and link clicks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify recent content opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media, Content or Influencer Marketing.
- Experience with FMCG, Food & Beverage or Consumer Brands is preferred.
