ABOUT OJA:
Oja is a new pre-launch premium D2C body-care and fragrance brand built on the belief that body care deserves the same attention, intention, and sophistication as facial skincare. We combine high-performance formulations with elevated, sensorial fragrances and a distinctive visual identity designed for the up-to-date Indian consumer.

This is a foundational creative hire who will help shape how Oja looks, feels, and communicates across social media, digital advertising, website, product launches, and brand campaigns.

WHAT THEY’LL DO:
- Design creatives for social media, Meta Ads, website banners, product launches, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Edit reels, short-form videos, product content, campaign films, and performance-marketing creatives
- Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails, motion graphics, presentations, and other brand assets
- Translate Oja’s identity into a consistent, premium, and recognisable visual language
- Add transitions, subtitles, sound design, effects, product call-outs, and trend-relevant editing styles




- Adapt creative concepts across different hooks, formats, dimensions, and performance-marketing requirements
- Use AI tools for ideation, storyboarding, image and video generation, visual experimentation, and content adaptation
- Support content ideation, shoot planning, mood boards, shot lists, and campaign visualisation
- Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining quality and meeting quick turnaround timelines
- Organise raw footage, editable files, templates, brand assets, and final deliverables

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative content production, preferably within beauty, personal care, D2C, FMCG, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle
- Strong proficiency in static design and video-editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Edits, InShot, VN, or similar platform
