- Outsource mould DFM and mould design checking.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds.
- Good understanding of plastic materials and shrinkage.
- Knowledge of mold construction and standard components.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC, EDM and WEDM manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of mold trial and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of tolerance, fits and clearances.
- Ability to read and interpret customer 2D/3D data.
