Key Responsibilities

● Use Kazam's software platform to download reports, interpret data, and generate insights for various business functions.

● Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support business and operational decision-making.

● Gather technical requirements from clients and communicate them effectively to the Product and Engineering teams.

● Coordinate with client vendors, including Charger OEMs, Telematics providers, and Vehicle OEMs, to resolve hardware-related issues.

● Track and monitor issue resolution, ensuring timely closure and regular status updates to

stakeholders.

● Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer

experience.

● Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and internal systems.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

● 1+ years of experience in MIS, Operations, Technical Support,



or a similar role.

● Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Charts, Data

Analysis). Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

● Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

● Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
