A Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, supports doctors, and ensures patients’ safety, comfort, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ health conditions (temperature, BP, pulse)
- Administer medications and injections
- Assist in daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Prepare patients for surgeries or procedures
- Assist doctors during examinations and operations
- Dress wounds and manage post-operative care
- Record patient symptoms and progress
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Report any changes in patient condition to doctors
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies
- Provide first aid and life support when needed
Patient & Family Support
- Educate patients about treatment and recovery
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Administrative Duties
- Maintain patient files and nursing reports
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols
- Manage medical equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing)
- Registered with Nursing Council (like State Nursing Council in India)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹17,250.00 - ₹26,250.00 per month
