About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Personal Care team. You'll be the vital link connecting our sales, marketing, and customer teams — ensuring smooth coordination and seamless communication across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams at Scope Specialities for smooth order and query handling.
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and timely communication across all coordination points.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales coordination, back-office operations, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and follow up effectively across teams.
- Prior experience in the personal care, cosmetics, or ingredients industry is a plus.
