Edurech Technology is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive / Career Advisor to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in career counseling, business development, sales, and recruitment/IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective candidates and understand their career goals.

Explain Edurech Technology's career and placement support services.

Conduct calls and consultations with candidates and guide them toward suitable career opportunities.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.

Convert qualified leads into clients by effectively communicating service value.

Handle candidate questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with recruitment and career-support teams when required.

Meet individual and team targets related to lead generation and conversions.





Stay updated on U.S. IT job-market trends and career opportunities.

? Who Can Apply?

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Career Counseling, Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Success, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable working in a U.S. time-zone/night-shift environment.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates with experience in IT recruitment, staffing, career counseling, or U.S. recruitment will be an added advantage.
