· Handling of Promoters Fund and their Utilization, Assist in filing of IT returns, ROC Compliances.

· Accounting of transactions as per defined standard.

· Transact, record and monitor investments in equity shares, mutual funds, bonds, portfolio management schemes, real estate, foreign exchange, venture capital funds etc.

· Preparation of MIS

· Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual books of Accounts

· Handling Statutory auditors and ensure filing of Income Tax returns on time of Companies/LLP

· Statutory compliances – TDS, GST, Professional Tax and as applicable

· Annual compliance of Companies

· Incorporation of Current companies

· Preparation of details and coordination with Company Secretary for ROC compliances

· Annual compliance of Companies/LLP

· Addition/Deletion of Directors & Shareholders

· Drafting and understanding of Legal documents.

· Knowledge on provisions of MSME and Related Party Transactions.





· Capital restructuring of companies, Tax Optimization of Individuals as well as companies

· Merger -Demerger of companies

· Coordinate with external entities such as banks, brokers, mutual funds, depository participants, custodians, share registrars and investment management firms.

Independly should be able to prepare financial statements. And Core Accounting Experience is Mandatory.
