About the Role

Locatr.ai is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our B2B application. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build, scale, and continuously improve the product.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Flutter application from architecture to production.
- Build scalable, high-performance applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication, and third-party services.
- Implement state management, navigation, and robust app architecture.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Write unit/widget/integration tests and maintain code quality.
- Manage app releases and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
- Make technical decisions and contribute to the overall product roadmap.

Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience, with robust hands-on Flutter experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Flutter and Dart.




- Experience building and shipping production mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of app architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.).
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Good understanding of Git, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently own features and make technical decisions.

Good to Have
- Experience with B2B/SaaS products.
- Experience with Google Maps, Mapbox, geolocation, or location-based applications.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs.
- Firebase, analytics, push notifications, and CI/CD experience.
- Startup experience and a strong product mindset.
