Job Description:
The Hustler Collective, a growing digital marketing agency based in South Delhi, is looking for a high-performing Digital Sales Manager to drive business growth. This role is strictly for professionals with prior digital marketing agency experience, a minimum of 4 years in digital sales, and an existing, relevant client base. Candidates must be based in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for digital marketing services including Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Solutions
- Utilize existing client relationships to generate immediate business opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
- Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations across Delhi/NCR
- Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- 3 years of digital sales experience in a digital marketing agency
- Currently active and relevant client base
- Candidate must be based in Delhi
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency pricing models
- Proven ability to close high-value deals independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to D2C brands, startups, and SMEs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
