About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to be based in Patna

and support HR operations for employees across Bihar and Jharkhand. The role

will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR activities, maintaining employee

records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, monitoring attendance and leave,

resolving employee queries, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies

across both states.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with employees, managers,

and other stakeholders across multiple locations and should be willing to travel within

Bihar and Jharkhand as required.

Preferred Experience

• 25 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, generalist HR, or

a similar role.

• Experience handling employees across multiple locations will be preferred.

• Candidates with experience in field/branch-based HR operations will have an

added advantage.
