Role & responsibilities

1. Workplace Consultancy Leadership
- Own P&L; responsibility for Wolkem Consultancy Services (WCS) in all the approved sectors.
- Regulatory updates of MoEF & CC, CPCB, SPCB & CGWA etc.
- Develop and execute Consultancy service strategy aligned with overall business goals
- Lead market entry and expansion for multiple Sectors
- MIS preparation in SAP

2. Business Development & Customer Acquisition
- Involved in marketing/ sales activities of consultancy services with Mining, Industries and infrastructure sectors.
- Build long-term relationships with large accounts, industries, and Mining & infrastructure sectors
- Drive new Consultancy sector development and value-based consultancy services

3. Consultancy Marketing & Sales Management
- Appoint, manage, and grow customers across North, west and central Indian states
- Ensure pricing discipline, credit control, and performance monitoring

4. Sales Operations & MIS
- Establish strong MIS, reporting, forecasting,



and bidding & tendering process of public and private sectors.
- Track customer acquisition metrics, conversion ratios, and profitability
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management

5. Team Building & Capability Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a Wolkem Consultancy Services sales & marketing team
- Set targets, KPIs, and performance reviews

6. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competition, pricing trends, customer preferences, and substitute sectoral services
- Provide inputs for Consultancy service positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategy

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Service
- Consultancy Service at All India level in 3 sectors/ FAEs approved by NABET .

Provide Consultancy to existing and prospective customers in different sectors including Environment, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemical and infrastructure etc.
