1. JOB PURPOSE

To drive measurable business growth for DSAND through Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Lead Generation, Brand Building, AI-powered marketing and Marketing Analytics.

The role is business-oriented, not just social-media-oriented. The manager will be responsible for converting marketing activities into leads, sales, revenue, customer acquisition and brand growth.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute Google, Meta, YouTube, Shopping and other paid campaigns.
- Drive qualified B2B leads and D2C customer acquisition.
- Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion rate.




- Prepare monthly marketing growth plans and campaign budgets.
- Identify current growth opportunities across channels.

B. E-commerce & D2C Growth
- Grow Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
- Improve D2C website traffic, conversion and revenue.
- Optimize product listings, keywords, promotions and campaigns.
- Track SKU-wise sales, margins and profitability.
- Coordinate with E-commerce/Sales teams for revenue growth.

C. Trade Marketing
- Develop marketing plans for Modern Trade, General Trade, Gyms, Institutions, Healthcare and Distributors.
- Create POSM, promotional and visibility plans.
- Support new product launches and channel activation.
- Track trade promotion ROI and sales impact.

D. Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Generate qualified B2B leads through digital channels.
- Build landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
- Implement CRM, email and WhatsApp campaigns.
