Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive who can help Claf Advertising acquire current clients and build long-term business relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with business owners, understand client requirements, pitch marketing solutions, generate leads, conduct meetings and close deals.





This is a target-driven sales role with strong growth and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across Pune and other markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, networking, references and field visits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from digital marketing, branding and advertising services.

Client Acquisition & Sales
- Connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers and decision-makers.
- Understand the client's business, marketing requirements and challenges.
- Pitch relevant Claf Advertising services based on client requirements.
- Conduct online and offline client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team for customized pitches.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sal
