We are hiring Area Sales Managers (ASM), for Jaipur, Rajasthan, to lead sales operations, manage teams, and drive growth in their respective regions.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pan Masala industry.
- Hands-on experience at ground level, with proven ability to manage salesmen and supervisors.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Lead and motivate salesmen and supervisors to maximize performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies and monitor execution.
- Ensure timely reporting via digital media on a call-to-call basis.
- Report directly to Directors & Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Qualification
- Minimum Graduate degree.
- Strong communication, leadership,



and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
