Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to independently manage the complete human resources function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and all applicable statutory and labour compliances.

The candidate must have excellent command over spoken and written English, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior management, employees, consultants and external authorities. Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations and onboarding.




- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, documentation and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, incentives, reimbursements and full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, qualified tax, gratuity, bonus, leave and other employee-related compliances, wherever applicable.
- Maintain statutory registers, employee documentation and compliance records.
- Manage employee confirmation, appraisal, promotion, transfer, disciplinary and exit processes.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters and relieving documents.
