Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, update detailed resource- cost-loaded schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Monitor actual progress vs plan; prepare variance reports, dashboards, KPIs
- Work with site teams to validate progress using drawings / methodologies
- Forecast manpower, equipment, costs cash flow; manage resource-loaded scheduling
- Identify and manage environmental / regulatory risks (monsoon, clearances, public issues), lead contingency plans
- Support EOT / contract claims; ensure schedule / contract compliance
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies to align scheduling with project requirements and regulatory norms

Desired Skills Experience
- Proven experience in STP / WTP / environmental infrastructure (dredging,



soil stabilization, wetlands, wastewater infrastructure)
- Robust proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel Power BI; AutoCAD familiarity is a plus
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (MoEFCC, local PCBs)
- Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus
