HR Manager – FinavalaIndia.com

Job Description:

FinavalaIndia.com is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, sales hiring, counseling, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire B2B Agents, Franchise Partners, Sales Executives, Tally Callers, and other employees.
- Conduct candidate calling, counseling, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Explain job roles, targets, incentives, and company processes to candidates.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and hiring targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure employees achieve their assigned sales targets.
- Maintain complete records of employees, candidates, interviews, joining, attendance, and performance.
- Follow up with newly joined employees and ensure proper onboarding.
- Monitor employee performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Maintain recruitment databases and daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.




- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for HR-related issues.
- Support the company in building and managing a strong sales and agent network.

Requirements:
- Good communication and counseling skills.
- Experience in HR recruitment, sales hiring, telecalling, or B2B recruitment preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer operations.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Strong follow-up and team management skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
