We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager .NET to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end software projects, working closely with clients, delivery leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic IT MNC setting, managing multiple priorities, and driving projects from requirements through implementation, support, and closure.

Role & responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Delivery Head to understand business and technical requirements and determine appropriate technology solutions.

2. Lead and manage software projects through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.

3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery.

4. Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders for requirement gathering,

5. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements in collaboration with development teams.

7. Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

8. Maintain regular project status reports and provide weekly progress updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

9. Drive the implementation and deployment of software solutions for clients and ensure smooth transition to support teams.
