About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic accounts.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business development expertise, leadership capability, customer relationship management, and commercial acumen.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to accelerate growth.

Develop sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and territory strategies.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Drive sales initiatives that improve market penetration,



revenue, and profitability.

2. Business Development

Generate and convert new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure effective pipeline management.

Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, proposals, and contract closures.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Set transparent individual and team sales goals and monitor performance against KPIs.

Conduct regular performance reviews, sales meetings, and pipeline reviews.

Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate coaching, training, and development.
