Key responsibilities
- SAP ABAP Development: Reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, workflows, and custom developments.
- SAP CRM: Development and customization of CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- CRM Web UI: Configuration and development of Web UI components, views, controllers, context nodes, and UI enhancements.
- Technical Integration: Integration between SAP CRM and other SAP/non-SAP systems using interfaces, middleware, APIs, etc.
- Debugging & Support: Analyze production issues, debug ABAP/Web UI code, and provide technical fixes.
- Enhancements: Implement recent business requirements and enhance existing CRM functionality.
- Performance & Quality: Optimize custom code and ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
