Roles & responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
- Perform CNC milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
- Troubleshoot production and machining issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Set tools, fixtures, and workholding devices before production.
- Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and
other standard inspection tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and machining specifications.
- Follow production schedules while maintaining safety and productivity.
- Work effectively in a three-shift operation.
Preferred candidate profile
27 years of experience in production and troubleshooting of machining processes.
- Solid knowledge of CNC Milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
- Good understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proficiency in engineering drawing reading.
- Knowledge of machining processes and production practices.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts).
