Job Title: Digital Marketing Photographer & Videographer

Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative, self-sufficient Photographer and Videographer with a strong background in digital marketing to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualising, capturing, and delivering high-quality visual content tailored for social media, website, and ad campaigns.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of professional marketing content experience, own a professional camera and essential gear, and possess solid basic post-production editing skills.
- Content Creation: Conceptualise and shoot high-converting photos and videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and website landing pages.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the digital marketing team to align visual deliverables with brand identity, active ad promotions, and content calendars.
- On-Set Execution: Direct, set up, and execute independent indoor studio and outdoor location shoots.
- Media Editing: Perform basic post-production workflows, including color grading, audio synchronization,



basic stitching, and resizing for multiple platform formats.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize an accessible internal digital library of raw and finalized media assets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional digital marketing content creation or brand media production experience.
- Equipment: Must own a reliable, professional-grade DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of recording at least 4K video, along with vital lenses, stabilizer/tripod, and basic audio/lighting gear.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in camera operations, framing, manual lighting settings, and exposure control.
- Software Skills: Basic editing skills using standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
- Portfolio: A verifiable portfolio or links to live social media channels showcasing high-performing marketing video
