What do the Zayed National Museum, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the SEVEN Al Kharj Entertainment Complex have in common? BIM models built by our team — and we're hiring the senior modeler who'll help lead the next one.

AZE Engineering is a specialized design & engineering firm based in Abu Dhabi — a small, fully remote team where seniors actually lead. You'll own model quality, run coordination, and mentor junior staff, with direct access to leadership. No layers. No being a cog.

? What you'll do

▪ Create and manage LOD 400 BIM models for precast & GRC elements in Revit

▪ Build and maintain Revit families

▪ Run clash detection and coordination in Navisworks (NWC)

▪ Model structural components — precast panels and GRC connections

▪ Lead project coordination, mentor juniors, and support 4D simulations

✅ What we're looking for

▪ 7+ years of BIM modeling experience, focused on precast & GRC





▪ Strong Revit and Navisworks proficiency (Rhino is a plus)

▪ Solid grasp of BIM processes and industry standards

▪ Degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture

▪ Detail-oriented, reliable, and effective in a remote team

100% remote, working UAE business hours (Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–7:00 PM, Sat 9:30 AM–3:30 PM GST) — with the PTO, bonuses, and flexibility to match.
