The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, achieving business targets, and providing good customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage gold loan and investment business.
- Achieve branch sales and business targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Supervise and guide branch staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and branch operations.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor loan recovery and branch performance.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
- Experience in gold loans and investment products is preferred.
