Primary Objective

To manage, streamline, and oversee the end-to-end procurement process across 23 active project sites, ensuring high-quality building materials are procured cost-effectively, inventoried properly, and delivered on schedule without disrupting site operations.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Workflow

1. Daily Operations & Site Coordination
- Morning Site Alignment: Contact site engineers/in-charges across all active sites daily before 9:30 AM to assess immediate material requirements, stock status, and urgent site needs.
- Procurement Planning: Draft and align daily procurement and dispatch plans based on site priorities to ensure uninterrupted construction progress.
- Delivery Follow-up: Continuously track suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and on-site delivery of ordered materials.

2. Vendor Management & Development
- Vendor Network Expansion: Identify,



evaluate, and onboard new vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers across different material categories to ensure competitive pricing and backup supply sources.
