Seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user interfaces for bespoke enterprise-grade applications. This role will own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design system governance. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive, efficient, and visually consistent experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, scalable UI/UX for (desktop/web) enterprise applications, balancing usability with the constraints of enterprise software.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions for internal, workflow-heavy tools.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma or equivalent).
- Build and maintain a design system/component library aligned with applicable UI frameworks, depending on the tech stack).
- Partner closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-accurate implementation.

Required Qualifications
